Over 2 years ago i had my world turned upside down when i discovered my wife was having an affair, fifteen years of marriage and 4 loving children – i thought my world had collapsed.  While i was working all hours to provide for my family and enable her to not work, the betrayal killed me inside.

The next 6 months were spent visiting the doctor every 2 weeks to assess my condition, lack of sleep was the main problem so i ended up on strong sleeping tablets. I did sleep but it did not eliminate the root of the problem – there had to be a better way without relying on medication.
